If you want to have a glass of fruit-flavored milk .
First. You should prepare a glass of milk , an apple , a banana(the fruit you like) and other else you think it should be in the dish , like suger or some spices.
Next , cut them into small pieces , and put the piece into a mix machine , also you can put some ice into it.
Then , wait for a second , and you can have a glass delicious fruit-flavored milk.
My kids love to make this drink -- we call it a smoothie. We often add yogurt to make it a little thicker and I usually put in a few drops of vanilla extract.
ReplyDeleteMy children and I love smoothies! In addition to the milk we will add some yogurt or some coconut milk. Have you tried to make one using strawberries and bananas? That is my children's favorite flavor.
ReplyDeleteSmoothies, as we call this, are really popular in America. I confess, I prefer the version where you add a little bit of ice cream of the same flavor. Not quite a milk-shake, but not just a smoothie anymore either...
ReplyDeleteI like to make this, but first I freeze a banana. The frozen banana tastes almost like ice cream. Be sure to peel the banana before freezing. It is very difficult to peel a frozen banana.
