To cook the BEEF WITH RED WINE, we need some short rib, some mushrooms, tomatos,two onions, carrots, red wine, parsley and thyme .

First, put the meat into the wine for 30 minutes, this step can make the beef taste better and delicious.

After that, start cutting your vegetables into small pieces and use some olive oil to stir-fry them.

Then put both the beef and the vegetable into the stew pot. Also, put some meat soup, tomatos and wine in.

About one hour, when the beef is soft, add some seasoning and your spices.

Curry rice is one of my favorite food. Now, I'd like to tell you how to cook it by yourself. There's some steps for making curry rice.First, you can buy a box of curry source in the supermarket. Second, pick up a pot which is fit to cook it. Then, boil the water and then put the curry source into the pot. At last, put some carrots, potatoes, and onions into the pot in the right time. After finishing these steps, wait for a few minutes in order to cook thoroughly. Finally, put the well-done curry source on the top of the rice, and then the delicious curry rice is finished!!!!!
